Renee T. Szu, MBA
President & Senior Analyst
Born and educated in Taiwan with a BA in Accounting and a minor in Computer Science, Renee completed her postgraduate studies at Cal. State University-Hayward with an MBA in Finance. She began her career as an auditor with a regional CPA firm before joining WESPAC in 1981. As a principal and the chief programmer in support of WESPAC’s Daily Valued Recordkeeping System, Renee’s 30+ years of experience covers all facets of Plan services. In addition to building and sustaining a growing organization’s challenging demands, Renee’s primary focus has been on the administration and operation of daily valued defined contribution plans. Her broad experience in the daily recordkeeping environment includes general operations support, data conversion, systems conversion, plan implementation/conversion, and omnibus trust reconciliation. Renee’s ease and expertise across multiple platforms places her among the most technologically proficient of pension professionals.
John C. Williams, III, MBA
Chief Compliance Officer
A graduate of the Thunderbird School of Global Management with an MBA in finance, John joined WESPAC in the late 90's and his position as advisory operations manager means not only overseeing the retirement plan advisory business but also fulfilling key compliance and portfolio management roles. John is also a member of WESPAC Advisors' formal investment committee overseeing quality matters and performance standards for both the qualified plan and high net worth sectors of our advisory services. His prior experience includes positions as a financial analyst with both The North Face and CIGNA Healthcare of Northern California. He also served for 4 years in the U.S Army as a linguist and graduated with honors from the University of Florida with a BA in political science and minors in business administration and Japanese language. In his spare time, John enjoys following the University of Florida Fightin' Gators in football and basketball and playing the guitar and drums.
Thomas C. Lambert, CLU, CHFC

Since the early '80s, Tom has embraced the vision of multi-financial disciplines in order to better serve the small and mid-sized business owners, traditional to the core of WESPAC's practice. Tom's uncanny consulting and operational skills catapulted him to be one of the most effective chief operating officers of the WESPAC pension consulting and service division by the late '80s. Tom sought other entrepreneurial opportunities during the '90s including his vision to organize a number of overseas opportunities from his adopted country of his youth in the Philippines. Tom's return to the U.S. and to the financial services industry ultimately led him back home to WESPAC in 2004. His re-establishment with our company to complement his skill set with our consulting and advisory team where his renaissance and comprehensive financial background is a valuable asset in servicing WESPAC's clientele.
Robert D. Perussina, AIF®
Wealth Management Director/Senior Consultant & Advisor
As a senior consultant and advisor with WESPAC, Bob directs the Wealth Management Group for WESPAC Advisors. Prior to joining WESPAC, Bob held executive management positions at several financial services and software companies during the past three decades. He pioneered the SAFE Workshops, an in-depth series of employee education programs adopted nationally by large companies such as Nestle, Harris Digital, PG&E, and Beringer Wine Estates. He received his Bachelor’s Degrees in Environmental Biology and Economics from the University of California, Berkeley. Bob received his designation of Certified Financial Planner in 1982, and is currently an Accredited Investment Fiduciary. graduating from the AIF Capstone Program, offered through the Wharton School of Finance, University of Pennsylvania, West Coast Campus. Bob also holds a California Life Agent's license.
William Kim
Senior Consultant & Advisor
A graduate of UC Berkeley, Will embarked on a benefits career with John Hancock before joining WESPAC in 1998. In his early tenure, Will developed an effective network with Charles Schwab and their branch retirement plan specialists to educate and promote Schwab's partnership program with selected firms. He supported both startup and seasoned retirement plans which did not meet their national service model. In the ensuing years, Will further honed his relationship development and sale skills through servicing a broad brokerage base with Principal Financial and Nationwide’s retirement programs. His key responsibilities with WESPAC include the continued education role with SCHWAB while developing new consulting opportunities in concert with WESPAC. Will manages our strategic relationship with key branches of Charles Schwab in California and the western region.
